All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) and from dispatch will take 5 working days to be delivered. For personalised orders, please allow up to 5 days for your order to be hand-made and dispatched.
Customs and Duties - Unfortunately, we do not have any control over what (if any) duties will be charged by US / Canadian Customs, therefore the customer is responsible for any possible duties at the time of delivery by US/ Canadian Customs.
