These individually handcrafted jigsaw puzzles are hand finished from wood and each jigsaw contains up to 15 special novelty shaped pieces; called "whimsies" because Victorian craftsmen who invented the jigsaw concept during the 19th century cut unusually-shaped pieces "on a whim".
Complete with a stylish drawstring pouch to store the pieces, this highly original and distinguished gift will delight and impress, ensuring hours of pleasure and enjoyment for many years (and generations) to come.

For the puzzle image, choose from:
- US Geological Survey mapping, digitally stitched together seamlessly. The map covers an area of 6 miles (east-to-west) by (4 miles North-to-South). The detailed map shows roads, contour lines, transport infrastructure, water features, vegetation and notable buildings.
- A stunning aerial view: we will use the latest aerial photography to create a highly detailed ‘real life’ snap shot of the area centered on an address of choice. Using seamless ‘bird’s eye’ aerial photography of the US to create a jigsaw covering an area of 1 mile (north-south) by 1½ miles (east to west).
- Jigsaw finished in 2mm (0.08") thick wood in a stylish presentation box.
